We are looking for an experienced Director, Program Management and Operations to lead the development and execution of all major company processes. This individual will be responsible for coordinating all product development and partner integration.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee product development and ensure products are developed on time and are of superior quality.
• Establish processes for interacting with and delivering solutions to our clients.
• Create project plans to track all aspects of integration and development.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS preferable in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of project / program management experience an Internet or software company.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of SCRUM or other Agile software development methodologies.
• Strong product/project management skills. Proven experience managing complex projects to successful completion.
• Experience working with partners.
• Previous experience in an advertising / marketing / consulting company a plus.
