We are looking for an experienced Director, Product Management to lead the product development of our expanding quite of solutions. This person will take ownership of new and existing products, identify requirements, define the product vision, create design specifications and lead the implementation of the product roadmap.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the full product lifecycle including concept, specification, design, launch and maintenance phases.
• Establish short and long term product goals and strategies.
• Build and manage a product roadmap to support our goals and strategies.
• Initiate and prioritize projects within engineering; track product development; develop product launch plans.
• Engage closely with the engineering team to help determine the best technical implementation methods and reasonable execution schedules.
• Communicate with existing and potential customers to prioritize features and plan future product offerings.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS preferable in Computer Science or a related technical field. MBA a plus.
• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Excellent organizational skills including ability to build effective working relationships.
• Strong product/project management skills. Proven experience managing complex projects to successful completion.
• Demonstrated experience shipping products (concept to launch).
• Knowledge of SCRUM or other Agile software development methodologies.
